Projects
As a student at IUPUI I have gotten the opportunity to participate in some incredible projects. I try to make every project represent my values as a person and be something I am proud to share.
Prospective Freshman Letter
Author
In my freshman year as a Kelley School of Business student, I had the unique opportunity to write a letter to prospective freshmen and share my experience with students across the country. This project is dear to my heart because my Mom got to write a letter with me. It is such a surreal experience seeing your hard work pay off and a loved one gets to participate with you.

Monroe's Policy Speech Competition
Author/Speaker
My speech was selected to participate/represent my class at the IUPUI annual speech competition. The prompt was about a policy we think needs to be implemented or changed, so I wrote about Menstrual Leave and how women should get days off for painful period symptoms.
The Day I Drowned
Author
For my admissions essay to Kelley, I wrote an essay that I am very proud of. I wrote of an experience that was very traumatic but shaped who I am as a person. This essay takes you through the journey of how I drowned when I was younger and how I used that experience to become a swimmer and lifeguard so the fear of water would not control me.
